Ok, so I had a trainer at the gym take a look at my shoulder.
He said it isn’t rotary cuff but a strain or tear of my pectoral minor.
A lot nicer to heal and wont keep me out too long. So I’m still sad that I’m injured but happy that I’ts not as bad as I thought :-)
Physio tonight. Hopefully I’ll get some decent stretches and advice to help things along.
You gotto be kidding me. Incline DB press has had my left should hurting for a while now and it’s looking like it’s a rotary cuff injury.
Google it. It’s not happy reading for the keen gym goer… I’m swearing a lot at the moment.
All I can do is rest, work on my core and hope it fades away. I’ve even invested in some Cissus in the desperate hope it speeds things up…
I’m praying it’s not something that’s gonna take months. I’ve got serious gains to make before the wedding!!
